We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Architect power user for remote, contract-based work.

Projects are located in the Portland, Oregon area. Schematic design is complete. We are seeking an experienced professional to efficiently produce detailed, permit-ready construction documents with strong technical rigor.

Scope of Work:

• Develop full construction drawing sets from completed schematic designs
   
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and high-quality construction details
   
• Coordinate structural, energy, and code requirements specific to Portland/Metro area
   
• Translate design intent into technically sound, buildable documentation
   

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Chief Architect (required)
   
• Strong detailing abilities with demonstrated construction knowledge
   
• Deep understanding of residential building systems
   
• Strong knowledge of building envelopes, especially for coastal / marine climates
   
• Experience producing permit-ready sets
   
• Working knowledge of Oregon residential code preferred
   
• Highly self-directed, responsive, and detail-oriented
